Our Central Delivery team sit in the heart of Clear Channel’s Delivery function, supporting all 14 of our depots/branches nationwide. We are now looking for a data junkie to take ownership of all regular performance data reporting.
What you’ll be doing
This vital role will be responsible for ensuring the absolute integrity of our performance data, you’ll run weekly, monthly and annual reports from our bespoke systems reporting on everything from advertising running on our digital screens to construction planning and work efficiencies from our operatives.
You’ll live in excel and be able to identify any factors influencing trends, making recommendations for, or adjustments to any reports that will result in tangible financial, operational or customer service improvements. You’ll also be on hand to offer support and adhoc reports when requested.
Who are you?
It goes without saying that you’ll be an advanced level user of excel, data excites and interests you and the opportunity to optimise our delivery business through smart analytics and some commercial savviness appeals to you. You’re ferociously curious and very perceptive, easily able to spots trends in large data sets you have done a similar job – not necessarily within media.
As a must you need to be a confident communicator and happy to present your data face to face to your internal stakeholders, the key to the success of this role is relationship building. It’s imperative that you build strong relationships across all branches, whether that’s on the phone or going out on the road to meet people.
